We sell hand-knitted hats and sweaters for small dogs. Every piece is made by hand, so colours and stitches can differ slightly from the photos.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, together with the shipping cost. The total you see on the payment page is the total you pay.

The contract is made when your payment is completed on the Stripe payment page; you then receive a confirmation by email. If we can't make an item (for example a colour has run out), we tell you within two working days and refund you in full.

You pay in advance through Stripe, by card or another method offered on the payment page. Your payment details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Each item is knitted after you order, usually within 1–3 working days, then sent with tracking to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; if an order hasn't arrived within 30 days, you can cancel it and get your money back.

Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery and are paid by you.

You can cancel within 30 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. This doesn't apply to items knitted to your own dog's measurements (Custom size). How to cancel, what is refunded and the cancellation form are on the Shipping & returns page.

Every item must be as described and fit for normal use; this is your legal guarantee under EU and Dutch law. Normal wear, chewing and washing against the care label are not covered.

If something is wrong, tell us within two months of noticing, with a photo if you can. We reply within 14 days and repair, replace or refund the item.

Our pieces are clothing for dogs, not toys. Don't leave a dog unattended in a hat or sweater, and remove it if it gets wet, too warm or chewed. Pom-poms and ties are firmly attached, but check them before each wear.

Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law of your own country. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
