Shipping & returns

Every item is knitted after you order, which usually takes 1–3 working days. Shipping is a flat €6.78 and free on orders over €50.

European orders typically arrive within a week of dispatch, the rest of the world within two to three. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is handed over.

Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged on delivery; they are paid by the buyer.

You can cancel your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving it — longer than the 14 days EU law requires. Tell us within that time (by email or a message on Instagram or TikTok), then send the item back, unused and in its original condition, within 14 days of telling us.

We refund the price you paid and the standard shipping cost within 14 days of your message, to the payment method you used. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you show it has been posted. Return postage is paid by you.

Items knitted to your own dog's measurements (the Custom size) are made for one dog only. For these the right to cancel does not apply, but they can be returned if something is wrong with them.

If an item arrives damaged or isn't as described, tell us within two months of noticing and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including postage. This is your legal guarantee and it doesn't affect the 30 days above.

You don't have to use this form; a short message saying you want to cancel is enough. If you prefer it, copy this text into an email or message:

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never reach this website.

Prices are in euros and exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout where it applies.

We use your name, address and email only to make and send your order. The full privacy policy explains what is stored, where and for how long.
