What we store about you, why, where it goes and how long we keep it. Short, because we collect very little.

Who is responsible

Caperro, Europaweg Zuid 399 A9, 6374 KP Landgraaf, the Netherlands (KvK 42141355) decides how your data is used. Questions or requests: by email or a message on Instagram or TikTok.

What we collect and why

When you order: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought. We need these to make and send your order and to keep the records tax law requires (the legal basis is the contract with you, and our legal obligation).

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner: how you use the site — pages viewed, device type, approximate location by country — through Google Analytics, so we can see what works. The basis is your consent; declining changes nothing about ordering.

In your own browser: your basket and your cookie choice, so they're remembered between visits. They never leave your device.

Who receives your data

Stripe processes your payment and receives your name, email, address and payment details (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland).

Cloudflare hosts this website and sees your IP address when you visit (Cloudflare, with servers worldwide).

Telegram delivers each new order to us as a message with your name, address and the items (Telegram, outside the EU).

Google Analytics, only after you accept, receives usage data (Google Ireland; data may be processed in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

The postal service or courier receives your name and address to deliver the parcel. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires. Analytics data: at most 14 months. Your basket and cookie choice stay in your browser until you clear them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to receive a copy, or object to how we use it; we reply within a month. You can change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
